Last updated: May 1, 2026

Use Of The Platform

PRETEM allows members of the Haitian community to submit micro-loan requests, verify identity, provide payout information, and track the status of a request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Loan Review

Admins review borrower information, verification documents, payout details, requested amount, repayment period, and borrower history before approving or rejecting a request.

Repayment Terms

The platform shows the repayment amount before submission. Current repayment options are 7 days at 10%, 14 days at 19%, 21 days at 28%, and 28 days at 36%. The borrower should review the total payback amount before submitting.

Borrower Responsibility

Borrowers are responsible for providing accurate identity, contact, payout, and repayment information. PRETEM may reject, cancel, or pause requests when information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or cannot be verified.

Collections And Credit Reporting

If a borrower does not respect approved repayment terms, PRETEM may send the account to collections or report account information to credit or consumer reporting agencies only as permitted by applicable law. Information reported must be accurate, supported by records, and handled with proper dispute procedures.

Publicity And Documents

PRETEM will not publish ID documents, selfies with ID, or private verification documents on social media. Any optional marketing or public story permission is separate and should not include sensitive identity documents.

No Financial Advice

Information on the website is for loan request processing only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Borrowers should request only what they can repay.

Changes

PRETEM may update these terms as the platform, policies, or services evolve.
